I had a debt with directtv and NCO Fin. took it over. Im trying to buy a home and I contacted them to pay the bill. The supervisor Renise agreed over the phone to delete the item after payment. Now its paid and she has amneisa. I also paid the debt before they reported to the credit bureau and they still reported it as a charge off with the original balance owed. What can I do? I have my cancelled checks for the payment. I have disputed it with credit bureau and they still report old balance. HELP ME PLEASE
